Assessment
Clounagh J.H.S. has a well-established system of assessment. Pupil progress is constantly monitored by staff who make use of results to identify weaknesses, provide appropriate remediation and celebrate success. An integral part of this process is the use of a tracking programme to monitor each pupil. Students are encouraged to self-evaluate, reflect and comment on their performance and to set realistic targets to achieve improvement.
